Shards of crystal drew back as if magnetically attracted to each other, brilliant prisms flashing in the fingers of sunlight that streamed in through vertical blinds. Quick Update

=== Welps, I gave up on NaNo for 2006.  Life's been utter crap for the last month, I'm finally getting a grip on it again, but my urge to create (or do much of anything) has been limited.  But, onwards and sideways! :thumb43335856: New Deviation! Thinking of possibly entering this in the [Emptiness Contest], but undecided yet.  This is about as close to "macro" as I can get with my camera, but I like it. Also hoping to enter the [Freedom Contest], and thinking about sponsoring and/or holding a contest, but this is all longer term stuff.  :P Anyhoos, hopefully I'll update again in a few days, hope everyone's having lovely creative days,

Some Notes or Some Things

Whew!  Another week up.  I'm going to be away from teh internetz as much as I can this weekend, I've got several (many severals) hundreds of pages to read from novels, and also a couple of papers to work on. ASIDE from that, I've been working on a little more creative writing lately.  I just posted a new short fiction, I hope you'll read it!  Leave me some comments, I need feedback!  :D I really, really hate uni.  But!  1.5 more years and I can say I have two degrees and hopefully will find a job to support writing and painting!  :P  I'm trying to stay positive.  Maybe this weekend will recharge me and get me on top of my work again.  :fing
